To the extent that the “click and collect” service involves buying by a consumer goods over the phone or via the internet and picking them up in store, it is regarded as a remote sale. Therefore, the customer who uses this service has a right of withdrawal during a period of 14 days as of the date of purchase or as of the date on which the purchased object is picked up by the buyer. When a customer exercises this right, you must reimburse him the amount he paid. In this case, your customer must, of course, bring the object back to your store.
