Shopping malls

To limit the dissemination of the Covid-19 virus, non-food shopping centres of more than 20,000 m2 must be closed as of January 31 and the customer reception gauge in shops over 400 m2 is lowered to 10 m2 per person.

Solidarity Fund

Companies hit hard by the health crisis can apply for assistance for their losses of December as early as January 15. This assistance, which aims to compensate for a loss of turnover, can now reach €200,000 per month, especially for companies forced to close their doors, such as restaurants or theatres.

Corporate tax

Corporate tax cuts continue. Thus, in 2021, the corporate tax is, in principle, 26.5% (compared to 28% in 2020). And a reduced rate of 15%, up to €38,120 in profit, applies to SMEs whose turnover does not exceed 10 million euros.

Energy renovation tax credit

A tax credit is put in place to support businesses in their ecological transition. The stated objective is to help reduce the final energy consumption of buildings by at least 40% in 2030, 50% in 2040 and 60% in 2050 compared to 2010.
