Yes. As of last November 1st, you have the duty to inform your employees on fixed-term contracts (CDD), when requested by them, about the permanent positions (CDI(1)) to be filled in your company. However, this obligation only applies to employees on fixed-term contracts who have at least 6 months of continuous seniority in your company. In practice, you have one month, as of the date of receipt of the employee’s request, to give him/her the list of permanent positions to be filled corresponding to his/her professional qualification.

Note: This obligation also applies to temporary agency workers who have at least 6 months of continuous seniority in your company and who request it.
