A tax claim presented orally to the tax office

As an individual, you can go to the premises of the tax department that manages your file to submit your claim orally. Do not forget to show your tax notice and the necessary supporting documents. Your claim will be noted on a “visit sheet,” signed by you and the public servant who will receive you.

Note that companies do not benefit from this possibility of oral claim.
