Partial activity remains strengthened for vulnerable sectors

A mechanism which, due to the crisis linked to the Covid-19, had been strengthened by the government as early as March 2020. In particular, the amount of partial unemployment benefit paid to employers by the State had been increased to 100% of the compensation paid to their employees.

But now, thanks to the significant decrease of the health crisis, the government restricts access to the strengthened system. Thus, as of June 1, 2020, this strengthened scheme can benefit only companies in the most affected sectors, i.e., the same sectors that benefit from the extension of the Solidarity Fund.
