When you look for a new workstation for this employee, you must target workstations compatible with the capabilities of your employee and the recommendations of the occupational doctor. Be careful. You must offer him jobs proposed both under permanent agreements and under temporary agreements, even if the employee worked until then, under a permanent employment agreement. Otherwise, you will be held liable for violating your duty of reclassification as the dismissal of the employee for unfitness could be declared by court lacking true and genuine basis.
